Angela L. Pinke Assistant Supervisor, Funeral Director angela@jeffersonmemorial.biz

She was born and raised in Livonia Michigan, a suburb of Detroit, with her husband they began their little family.  February of 2001, they moved to Pittsburgh, and built their families foundation. With her girls blossoming into strong, independent adults with futures bright.  Saige, her oldest will be attending the Vet Tech Institute in the Fall of 2018.  Lena, her youngest will be starting her Junior year in High School. Both are helping here at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home learning the importance of serving their community.

As her children grew from babies to toddlers and now with their own lights shinning, Angela needed something more for her own personal own growth. At the time in 2013, she was a sales clerk working in the cheese department for a large grocery chain. It was then that she was hit with one of the biggest loses of her life. Angela’s Grandma - one of her biggest supporters died.

Standing next to her casket, not wanting to let her go a spark lit inside of her and the thought that she herself could help others in a way many could not, that she could learn this trade and give back the way the funeral director for her dearest Grandma gave back to her.

The fall of 2013 is when Angela’s life changed forever, she attended Pittsburgh Institute of Mortuary Science, earning an Associates in Specialized Business and continued on to Point Park University earning a Bachelor of Science in May of 2016.  Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home has been her home ever since.  Angela is grateful for the gift of being able to serve the families here and forever grateful to Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home for allowing her to learn, grow, and fulfill her inner soul with a meaningful life path.
